(A) do not allow your weight to tip forward on to the toes (B) be careful and don't lean forward or curve your back. Your chest comes up first, followed
by your hips while lifting your body up.

GoodMorning Good Morning:

  Put a barbell accross your shoulders.Slowly bend forward at the hips until your body is roughly parallel with the floor. Next slowly reverse the direction,
 contracting your glutes as you raise your body up along the same path back to the start position. This is best butt workout.
 Standing abduction:

Stand with your feet together and hold a sturdy, stationary support. First attach a weight to your right ankle. Moveyour right leg away from the support
as far as comfortably possible. Contract your glutes and then slowly return theleg along the same path back to the start position. Do it the desired
number of times then invert the process and repeat on the left leg. This is one of the best exercises for butt and thighs.

Standing abduction
Floor kicks:

Get into in animal standing position. Place your palms on the floor to support your body weight. Keep your left knee on the floor. Straighten your right leg and extend it
behind your body just short of touching the floor. gently raise your right leg as high as comfortably possible, keep it straight throughout the move.Contract your glutes and
then reverse the direction, returning to initial position. Perform the same desired number of times,  then repeat the process on your left leg. This is another best butt and
 thigh exercises.
Unilateral hip extension Unilateral Hip extension

Place your left knee on the bottom of an incline bench.Bend your elbows and place your forearms across the top of the bench, supporting your
body weight. Next raise your right leg  as high as comfortably possible, keeping it straight throughout the move. Contract your glutes and then
reverse the direction, returning to the start position. Repeat the process on your left leg. This is best exercise to tighten butt.

One important thing to remember is that even the best butt workout alone will not get rid of body fat. You need to incorporate a complete exercise and nutrition plan into
your daily routine.Every human body responds differently to different exercises for the butt. Body genetics also play a some role in how the body will respond to butt
 firming exercises and it is important to understand that, while one can tone up the butt, but can't always change the shape, regardless of what butt exercises are
performed.
